The Genius Room of the Palau de Congressos de Tarragona hosted last February 1 the presentation of the Comprehensive Plan for the Lower Part of Tarragona final document. The content of the Plan was presented by the drafting team of the work, TerritorisXLM and BCQ arquitectura barcelona in front of various neighborhood associations and the Mayor of the city Rubén Viñuales, and contemplates 25 articulated improvement actions in the urban, commercial, social and cultural fields.
The main objectives of the project are to Live in the neighborhood, Coexist with it, Enjoy it and Activate it. To make this possible, main actions will be carried out such as the remodelation of the streets Reial and Apodaca or the creation of cultural facilities.
