The main goal of the project is to develop an area for the housing and the service sectors ordered by the city growth in anticipation of the increased demand for social housing. The change of land use due to the conversion of industries located in the town center of Abrera is an opportunity to create a new center.



We pursue the following objectives:

1. The creation and the re-arrangement of the municipal facilities, while determining the new areas for open spaces.
2. The development of the social housing and the commercial and service sectors.
3. The completion of the urban area of the town center, achieving the continuity and the efficiency for all the urban services.
