The project proposes, strategically, to create a platform complex supporting the various facilities from which the Hotel is a key element of the intervention. The new Hotel stands as a landmark building in the set and will be a leader and a new visual attraction for the city. This commitment is evident in its orientation directed towards the sea in the longitudinal direction of the whole.
A simple, yet resounding shape, emphasizes the feature of this iconic and representative building.
Integration of the proposal, permeability and relationship with the environment: This platform is directly related to both the Marina Park and the Viladecans Business Park as well as other equipments that is expected to develop in the future. This set is constructed permeable both visually and regarding pedestrian crossing, highlighting the permeable nature of the project.
The proposal integrates into the built environment of the area thanks to its simple and clear volumetry, in line with the other buildings around it. Also, the facilities located on the ground floor are integrated into the set as a unifying base of the project.
