The construction was carried out in two phases: first, the construction of 29 apartments and secondly the remaining dwellings, shop premises and an underground car park. This block H forms part of a complex of a further four, at the centre of a residential block bordered by Carrers Vélez Rubio, Sant Joan Evangelista and Anselm Turmeda in the neighbourhood of Sant Roc in Badalona.
The block runs lengthwise from northeast to southwest, presenting 15 meter wide main façades to the A-19 motorway on one side, and to Sant Joan Evangelista Avenue on the other. This layout produces a more hermetic façade that subjects a minimum surface area to traffic noise from the motorway and provides space to house the living rooms in the long open façades.
