The plot occupies an existing lot between party walls, with an area of 1,092m², located in the Horta-Guinardó district of Barcelona, in the Carmel neighborhood, a neighborhood with a complex orography marked by its location on the northern side of the three hills of the city. The topography is marked by this slope, a longitudinal slope along Carrer Bransi of approximately 8%, which is equivalent to a difference in height of about 2.50m.

The lot has a fairly regular geometry, with a slope inside, solved with two terraces, the bottom one with a level of 2m above the street slope at the lowest elevation to the east of the plot, and the second level is about 2.50m above the lowest point, which corresponds to the highest elevation of the street.
