The Hotel stands as an emblematic building in the Bitágora complex, a visual reference and a new pole of attraction for the city of Viladecans. This commitment is evident in its orientation towards the sea in the longitudinal direction of the whole complex. A simple, but strong form, emphasized with an envelope that modifies the perception of the building. A proposal of integration and direct permeability between the connection of the Marina Park and the Business Park.
