The construction is projected conditioned by the site, a building at four winds with the main facade facing the Square that is generated in front of Cosme Mainé Street. A building of formal purity formed by two parallelepipeds of different sizes and inclined roof to four waters. The access area corresponds to the difference between the two figures.

The urban development of the public space allows, besides winning a public space for the neighbors of Calafell on a privileged plot overlooking the Santa Creu Castle, to gather all the facilities of the site.

The Cosme Mainé Street is reurbanized to secure a new pedestrian passage around the castle.
